We’re excited to announce that we will be hosting an O.R.A.C.L.E. Open House Tour on Wednesday, October 10th, at our main headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. The O.R.A.C.L.E. room is our 2,000 sq. ft. training facility used as a place to educate, develop and inspire our Planned Associates. We also use it to educate property managers, building owners and other leaders in the property management industry. We also have several vendors from various areas of the industry who have built interactive modules for everyone to learn from.

We encourage you to stop by anytime between 9 AM and 4 PM on Wednesday, October 10th, to get your personal tour! Our address is 150 Smith Rd. Parsippany, NJ 07054. O.R.A.C.L.E. Details
The O.R.A.C.L.E. Real Estate Service and Professional Development Center currently has 13 stations and is expanding to accommodate 15. Features of the center include:
• A green cleaning and maintenance station featuring products and supplies to train Planned associates on proper and efficient use, to ensure that tenants, the environment and the health of the associates are considered while saving clients money.
• A residential security gatehouse station to train associates in such activities as positioning cameras for safety and following protocol for visitors, effective communication, recording license plate numbers, requesting identification and dialing visitors’ homes for confirmation.
• Concierge/front desk training on such topics as proper attire, appearance and attitude, addressing guests, fire panel safety, emergency preparedness, etiquette for receiving packages and making accommodations for homeowners/ residents.
• Multiple stations on basic functions, preventive maintenance and maintenance of building components like landscaping, pools, HVAC/ energy conservation and roofs, including a full-size elevator.
• A fully stocked kitchen center including two refrigerators, multiple cabinets for storage, a water cooler, coffee Keurig, dish washer, mini oven, microwave and plenty of counter space!
• A redesigned conference room that fits 40 individuals comfortably, including a projector, screen, Airtame programming and an audio surround sound speaker system.
