Executive Vice President
John Fahmy is the Executive Vice President at Planned Companies. With a robust career spanning over a decade at Planned Companies, John has been a pivotal figure in shaping the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
Starting as an Executive Director in the Northeast, John's profound understanding of the industry’s dynamics and his commitment to service excellence quickly propelled him through the ranks where he implemented innovative management strategies that significantly increased operational efficiency and client satisfaction. In his role as Vice President of Sales and Operations for the California region, John spearheaded major expansion initiatives that more than doubled the company’s market share in the area. His leadership was instrumental in forging strong client relationships and enhancing the company’s reputation for quality services.
Now, as Executive Vice President, John oversees the company’s overarching sales and marketing strategies, driving growth and setting new benchmarks in the sector. His dedication to excellence and his forward-thinking leadership continue to be key drivers of Planned Companies' success.
He began his career while in college as a front desk agent at two of NYC’s top hotels. Later in his career, he was a regional sales manager for one of the largest AT&T resellers. Through this career opportunity, he gained many of the associate retention skills and multi-site management expertise that he has brought to Planned Companies.
Vice President South Region
A hospitality and property management veteran, Juan Jose Chaves joined Planned Companies in January 2012 and is responsible for sales and field operations in our Atlanta and Florida markets. Prior to joining Planned Companies, Chaves worked in the hospitality industry with White Lodging Services for eight years and Archstone in Maryland and Virginia for more than four years.
Originally from Costa Rica, Chaves brings his passion, attention to detail and ability to develop cohesive teams that perform to the high standards of our organization. He received his business degree from The Latin American University of Science and Technology and University of Notre Dame.
Executive Director Business Development Northeast Region
Daniel (Danny) Reilly is the Executive Director for Northeast – business development; While overseeing the business development drivers from Boston to Delaware, Danny will also keep his focus on the local markets, NJ, PA and DE working closely with Marketing and the Operations teams to implement strategic branding and relationship-building opportunities. With Danny’s knowledge of the real-estate market and veteran experience with the staffing/labor world, Planned will also rely on him to pursue Major Accounts throughout the Northeast markets, and beyond.
Prior to joining the Planned team, Danny has had an impressive resume in many facets of sales. He was previously a Senior Sales manager for a fast-paced growing healthcare service provider, working with major healthcare systems across the NY Metro/PA area. Previously, his main stay was with T-Mobile USA, as Corporate Development Manager for New Jersey. There, he grew the territory year over year, bringing on new clients and developing them with an array of T-Mobile products. Danny is known to create a positive impact wherever he goes, and has a great rapport with prospective and current clients. He also has mastered developing relationships, as well as creating a strategic approach to territory management/growth.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Business in Managerial Marketing from Pace University, where he was also a starter for the school’s Division 2 football team.
Executive Director Marketing & Growth Strategy
Joseph Vitorino is the Executive Director of Marketing & Growth Strategy for Planned Companies. Initially starting with Planned in 2017, Joe is a seasoned leader, having dedicated over seven years to advancing the company's success in various pivotal roles.
Starting as a Proposal Specialist, he quickly demonstrated his keen insight and strategic acumen, leading to a rapid ascent through increasingly responsible positions such as Business Development Analyst, Director of Alliance Success, and Executive Director of Strategy. Having excelled in nearly all sales and marketing roles, Joe is uniquely positioned to lead the team by leveraging firsthand experience of the positions he oversees, combined with almost 10 years of industry experience, to provide mentorship and guidance toward their individual, shared team, and company goals.
In his current role as Executive Director of Marketing & Growth Strategy, Joe brings a deep understanding of the company's operations and client needs, developed through years of internal growth and hands-on experience. He is renowned for his ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives, driving sustainable growth and enhancing the company’s branding and market position. His responsibilities include directing and overseeing all marketing campaigns and initiatives, sales enablement, strategic initiatives related to growth of the company such as strategic partnerships (The Alliance, BDA, & others), and sales/marketing integration of new acquisitions.
Joe's innovative approaches to digital marketing and strategic initiatives ensure that Planned Companies remains at the forefront of service excellence. He continues to inspire his team, fostering a culture of innovation and commitment to excellence that propels the company forward.
Director, Business Development Florida Region
Angela is a seasoned business development professional with over 20 years of experience in driving strategic growth initiatives for Educational, Construction, Janitorial, and Real Estate companies. She is known for her keen ability to identify market opportunities, forge lucrative partnerships, and cultivate long-lasting client relationships. A firm believer in the power of networking, Angela has played a pivotal role in accelerating revenue and expanding market presence.
With a strong track record of success in sales, partnerships, mergers/acquisitions, Angela brings a wealth of expertise in crafting and executing innovative business development strategies tailored to meet organizational goals. Angela is adept at leveraging market insights, industry trends, and competitive analysis to develop actionable plans that drive sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Planned Companies, Angela held key leadership roles at prominent firms, where Angela spearheaded high-impact initiatives that propelled revenue growth and enhanced market competitiveness. Angela holds a Bachelors degree in International Business. As the Business Development Director at Planned Companies, Angela is committed to driving forward-thinking initiatives that foster innovation, create value for stakeholders, and position the organization for long-term success in a dynamic marketplace.
Director, Business Development NYC & CT Region
J'Nell joins Planned Companies with over 20 years of experience in Business Development, including a decade as CEO of a prominent real estate organization in New York City. She has a strong reputation for building lasting relationships with commercial property owners, property management firms, and service providers, making her a key connector in the industry. J'Nell is excited to continue fostering these connections by introducing clients to the full range of Planned Companies' services, which are designed to meet the needs of multifamily and commercial properties. Her expertise spans real estate, sustainability, and business growth, all of which align with Planned Companies' mission to deliver exceptional service.
In addition to her work in real estate, J'Nell has co-founded a start-up aimed at helping property owners reduce carbon emissions and served as Chief of Staff at Frequency, where she enhanced commercial properties through innovative wellness strategies. Originally from Missouri, J'Nell began her career in marketing and has successfully launched several entrepreneurial ventures, including hospitality and fitness businesses. Currently, she co-owns a private personal training gym in NYC with her husband. A passionate advocate for local businesses, J'Nell is dedicated to expanding her knowledge of the real estate market and serving as a valuable resource for property owners, managers, and industry professionals alike.
