Astrit (Tony) Gorana
Chief Operating Officer
Astrit (Tony) Gorana joined Planned Building Services in 2000. Starting as an Account Executive, he has ascended through the years to Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations and currently Chief Operating Officer. Gorana oversees the operational functions of all divisions throughout the organization, with client satisfaction and relationships at the forefront of his focus.
Gorana, an industry expert, serves as a daily resource and mentor to his team of executive directors. He works with his team to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness, conduct property assessments and review contract renewals, and support client relations for maximized communication and understanding of their needs. As a leader who lives and breathes the business, Gorana prioritizes supporting a team culture that passionately delivers superior service.
Committed to sustainability, Gorana also received his LEED AP designation in November 2008 and has been the key driver in launching “Planned Goes Green”, the company’s green movement program.
Prior to Planned Building Services, Gorana started his career in the janitorial and maintenance business as a teenager. He brings his extensive experience and growing knowledge to Planned, consistently introducing and implementing the latest industry innovations. Gorana inspires the team daily with his diligence, integrity and commitment to customer service.
Planned Companies’ Operations Team
Our Operations team is available day or night to ensure our clients’ needs are always satisfied. The Ops team handles oversight and supervision of the field associates.
Each region has a dedicated senior management team, which is identified below.
Mickea Mance
Executive Director, Mid-Atlantic Region
Mickea joins Planned with over 20 years of sales experience in real estate and 13 years in property management. Mickea has earned her credentials as Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor(CAPS), and most recently, Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) designations from NAAEI (The National Apartment Association’s Educational Institute). In her previous roles, she worked for corporations such as Mill Creek Residential Trust, Sentinel Real Estate, and The Laramar Group. She has managed over 2,900 apartments composed of seven properties in Maryland and Virginia.
Mickea will support and provide oversight for PBS and PLS for Baltimore vicinity and Montgomery County.
Tony Saidiani
Executive Director, Western Region
Tony joined Planned Companies in November of 2021, with over 25 years of the service industry in the healthcare, transportation, and insurance service markets.
He is skilled with leadership and vision for operational strategies for customer, and client services.
Tony oversees the overall day-to-day operations of the California market covering courtesy patrol, janitorial, maintenance, and concierge services throughout the state.
He manages a wide variety of properties and handles the oversight and supervision of a team of operations managers and field associates.
Prior to working for Planned Companies, he worked as an operations director for several healthcare and transportation companies in the country, responsible for managing the day to day operations of multispecialty medical clinics, building relationships, and responsible for several successful new business expansions, and acquisitions.
Lavdije Sabani
Director, Operations Analytics
Lavdije (Dia) Sabani began her career at Planned Companies as executive assistant to the COO in 2008.
After a brief leave to start her family, she re-joined Planned in January 2015 as the Operations Analyst for the NY, NJ, CT, MA regions. She supported the executive directors and the operations managers on a day to day basis with site contracts, union agreements, reviewing and analyzing internal reporting and budgets, client invoicing, and associate satisfaction projects.
Dia was promoted to Director, Operations Analytics in January 2019, her duties include analyzing internal reports to identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement. Dia works closely with the senior management team to develop new processes and procedures to enhance profit efficiency. She is also responsible for training employees to use internal systems and follow new processes. Contract management, including reviewing adjustments, changes, internal budget adjustments and associate increases are also part of her duties.
Dia Sabani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Berkeley College.
Demi-Anne Little
Field Training and Development Manager
Over 20 Years of Combined Law Enforcement, Security and Concierge Experience Corporate/Field Training and Development Responsible for Training of Corporate and Field Associates in all Regions and Development and Implementation of Online Training Courses.
Demi joined Planned Companies in 2016, as an Operations Manager for the Planned Lifestyle and Planned Security Divisions in the North Jersey Region. After demonstrating her ability in conjunction with knowledge and experience, she was promoted to her current role in 2021. With over 20 years combined experience in Law Enforcement, Private and Corporate Security with Securitas, US Security and AlliedBarton, holding many positions from Officer, Supervisor, Administrator, Console, Assistant Manager, Account Manager, Global Command Center Manager and Operations Manager, she has been an asset to the training and development of Corporate and Field Associates. Demi developed our online training courses to assist with new hire field associates and is hands on with in-person and virtual training of various disciplines. She is committed to and enjoys the training and development of all members of the Planned Family.

Amanda Spagnuolo
Operations Analyst, Northeast Region
Amanda Spagnuolo has been with Planned since March 2020 as the Operations Analyst for the Central/South NJ and PA Region. She supports the VP of Operations, the Executive Directors, and the Operations Managers on a day-to-day basis. In addition to assisting the Operations team, she reviews, analyzes, and updates budgets and contracts for 250+ sites. She also collaborates with management and other internal departments to insure client and associate satisfaction.
Previously Amanda worked as an account manager for a benefits consulting firm and an NJ healthcare provider, where she handled corporate benefit renewals, open enrollments, client retention and acted as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers. Amanda holds a Bachelor Degree from NY State University of Fredonia, Criminal Justice & Psychology.

Stephanie Tufano
Operations Analyst, Northeast Region
Stephanie Tufano is an Operations Analyst supporting the NY-CT-MA regions working alongside the Executive Vice President of Operations. Her responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating data of in-place procedures to find ways to enhance daily operations, conducting investigative internal audits and creating reports of her findings. She works to improve and maintain profit efficiency while monitoring data and system rules to ensure data integrity, overseeing site contracts, union agreements, client invoicing as applicable.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting from CUNY, The College of Staten Island, School of Business.

Gabby Toto
Operations Analyst, Northeast Region
Gabby joined Planned in July 2022. She brings years of customer service experience to Planned. Gabby prides herself on her work ethic, organization and communication skills. Gabriella enjoys the spring and summer months and riding her bike long distance adventures.
Her duties will include working alongside the Vice President of Operations covering the NY/CT/MA region. Gabby holds a bachelor's of arts in education from St. Francis College and a masters of special education from Concordia College.
