The Lead Submission Program is designed to help generate new business from leads generated by the field team and to allow you to make some extra cash!
How this program works:
A Planned associate can refer a potential customer (a “lead”) to the Marketing department. If the lead is qualified, the associate will receive a $25 gift card. If the lead signs a deal with Planned and becomes a customer, the associate submitting that lead will earn a bonus based on the size of the contract.
All leads submitted will be confirmed by the Marketing department. Marketing will notify you as to the status of your lead within 30 days of submission. If it becomes a Qualified Lead, it will be tracked and monitored until it results in a Win or Loss.
Those associates who submit a lead that is determined to be a qualified lead will receive a $25 gift card within 30 days from the date the lead has generated a proposal regardless of whether the lead results in a win or a loss.
How to Submit a Lead:
Please fill out the form below completely. Marketing will acknowledge receipt of your lead and will keep you informed on the status of that lead.
What is a Qualified Lead?
A qualified lead is a lead that was submitted to the Marketing department which has the potential for us to provide one of our services and has a specific need for one or more of our services. The lead must also generate a proposal for the desired services.
Once Planned has generated a proposal and it has been received by the prospect, it will then be deemed a qualified lead.
Who is Eligible?
All Planned associates with the exception of Planned VPs or members of the Executive Leadership team.

You will be notified whether or not this has become a qualified lead within 30 days of submission. You will then be notified again once the lead has been closed as either a Win or Loss. If it’s a win, you will receive a payout 60 days from the Start Date of the account. Qualified Leads ending in a Loss will still receive a $25 Gift Card within 30 days from when the lead has generated a proposal. We will notify you via email.
For Qualified Leads that end in a Win, the submitting participant will receive a payment based on the size of the annual contract.
Below $10,000 annual revenue = $100
$10,000 – $24,999 annual revenue = $250.00
$25,000 – $49,999 annual revenue = $500.00
$50,000 – $99,999 annual revenue = $750.00
$100,000 – $249,999 annual revenue = $1,000.00
$250,000 – $499,999 annual revenue = $2,500.00
$500,000 – $999,999 annual revenue = $5,000.00
$1,000,000 + = $7,500.00
Every third lead submitted in 2022 will receive $100.00 added to the above payout amount if at least one of the three leads submitted results in a contract win.
Note: Temp work will be calculated after it is complete. We will add up the amount accumulated over the time of the project. You will then get paid based on where that number falls in the payouts above. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions on this.
We will be tracking all leads and will be rewarding the individual who brings in the most number of Qualified Leads each quarter of the year. The winner will be announced during our quarterly Town Hall meeting. The winner will receive a Beats by Dre Pill Bluetooth speaker!
At the end of the year, during our Holiday Town Hall meeting, we will be awarding the individual who submitted the most Qualified Leads through the entire year (up until the date of the holiday party) with a $1,000 Visa Gift Card. We will also be awarding the individual who brought in the most Revenue based off of the Qualified Leads that they’ve submitted through the year (up until the date of the Holiday party) with a $1,000 Visa Gift Card.
