Responsible for Training of Corporate and Field Associates in all Regions. Development and implementation of online training.

 

Demi joined Planned Companies in 2016, as an Operations Manager for the Planned Lifestyle and Planned Security Divisions in the North Jersey Region. After demonstrating her ability in conjunction with knowledge and experience, she was promoted to her current role in 2021.

 

With over 25 years combined experience in Law Enforcement and Private and Corporate Security, holding many  positions from Officer, Supervisor, Administrator, Console, Assistant Manager, Account Manager, Global Command Center Manager and Operations Manager, she has been an asset to the training and development of Corporate and Field Associates. Demi holds certifications from the NJ Police Training Commission and NJ Fire Commission.
