Planned Companies is proud to announce that our Executive Vice President for Planned Security and Lifestyle Services, Dino Iuliano, will be promoted as the Chief Revenue Officer for Planned Companies.  As the new CRO, he will be responsible for all branding, marketing and revenue generating initiatives.

Dino has over 14 years of experience with Planned Companies and carries an extensive background focused on safety and security. His new role as Chief Revenue Officer will take effect on January 1st, 2018.

As Executive Vice President of Planned Security and Lifestyle Services, Iuliano oversaw all day to day operations for over 1,500 Concierge, Doormen and Security Officers throughout the northeast – New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Delaware – and the mid-Atlantic regions – DC Metro, Virginia and Maryland.  He oversaw a group of more than 20 managers who are directly accountable for daily operations, client and employee satisfaction and retention. Under his leadership, Planned Security and Planned Lifestyle Services have obtained an industry leading 97% customer retention rate as well as the highest NPS client satisfaction rate in the industry.

Prior to Planned Companies, Iuliano served as Director of Operations for a New Jersey based security company, and has also worked as an Executive Protection Specialist for a Fortune 100 company.  While employed there, he was given the opportunity to be included within the security detail protecting former President George Bush while he gave a speech at the AT&T facility in Basking Ridge, NJ. Iuliano served in the United States Marine Corps and was also a Sheriff’s Officer in NJ. Further, Mr. Iuliano worked as a Product Specialist at a Fortune 500 Company located in Northern New Jersey. He graduated from the Executive Protection Institute in Berryville, Virginia.

Dino has been featured in various industry publications, such as NY Real Estate Journal, New Jersey & Company and Real Estate Weekly and provides lectures regarding customer service, security & safety and awareness. Mr. Iuliano was a recipient of the NJBIZ “Top 40 under 40,” as well as The Security Honor Roll in Access Control & Security Systems Magazine (5 who make a difference).
