Tim brings a unique and dynamic background to our team. After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a degree in film, he transitioned into real estate sales, beginning his career in apartment and office sales across Oakland and Berkeley. Over the past decade, Tim has made significant contributions at leading proptech companies including Roofstock, Rently, and Kastle Systems establishing himself as a highly trusted advisor within the commercial real estate industry.

A natural revenue driver and self-proclaimed property enthusiast, Tim combines industry expertise with a genuine passion for real estate. Tim is the Industry Partner Co-Chair for IREM San Francisco as well as a Committee Member – Technical assistance for Communities for the Urban Land Institute. Outside of work, he is a lifelong hockey player, Sauna builder, and an avid national parks enthusiast. He is supported by his wife, Beatríz and their pup, Bruno.
