He has built strong pipelines, expanded regional operations, and developed lasting client relationships across multiple markets. Prior to joining Planned, Ben offered consulting services to companies in government contracting and business strategy development across DC, MD, and VA. He previously held leadership roles at PureGen Holdings, Max International, Vizient Inc. and AstraZeneca, where he led national sales operations, developed partner ecosystems, and drove market expansion into multiple regions.

Ben’s strength lies in his ability to mentor high-performing teams, implement disciplined sales processes, and create sustainable growth strategies. Known for his consultative approach, operational rigor, and authentic client partnerships, Ben brings both analytical rigor and forward-thinking innovation to his leadership. He is committed to deepening Planned Companies’ presence in one of the country’s most dynamic markets.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Oral Roberts University, an MBA from Mississippi State University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas. Outside of work, he is a basketball enthusiast and early adopter of AI applications in business strategy. He is passionate about mentoring young professionals and supporting community initiatives.
