A Planned associate can refer a potential customer (“lead”) to the Marketing Department. Once submitted, Marketing will work with the appropriate Business Development Representative to review and qualify the lead, updating you on its status. Qualified leads will continue to be tracked until they result in a proposal or a win/loss.
Under the program structure, associates will be rewarded when their leads turn into proposals and wins:

A qualified lead is a lead that was submitted to the Marketing department which has the potential for us to provide one of our services and has a specific need for one or more of our services. The lead must also generate a proposal for the desired services.
Once Planned has generated a proposal and it has been received by the prospect, it will then be deemed a qualified lead.
All Planned associates with the exception of Planned VPs or members of the Executive Leadership team.

You will be notified once your submission has been reviewed and whether it qualifies as a lead. You will also receive an update when the lead has progressed to a proposal and when it ultimately closes as a Win or a Loss. Under the updated program, every 2 qualified leads that generate proposals earns a $100 reward, while 1 qualified lead generating a proposal earns an entry into that quarter’s raffle drawing. If the lead becomes a Win, you will receive a payout based on the contract size following the account’s Start Date. All updates and notifications will be sent to you via email.
For Qualified Leads that end in a Win, the submitting participant will receive a payment based on the size of the annual contract.
As part of our updated Lead Incentive Program, every associate who submits at least one qualified lead within a quarter will automatically be entered into our new $200 Quarterly Raffle. This means even if your lead does not progress to a win, you still have the chance to walk away with a cash prize just for participating. Each qualified lead submission earns you one entry, giving you more opportunities to win with every lead you submit. It’s our way of recognizing your efforts and keeping the momentum strong all year long!
At the end of the year, we will be awarding the individuals who submitted the most Qualified Leads through the entire year and the individuals who brought in the most revenue with their lead submissions. 1st place in each category will get a $1,000 Visa Gift Card with 2nd place in each category will be awarded a $500 Visa Gift Card.
