PARSIPPANY, N.J. – July 2, 2012— Planned Companies, a leader in the janitorial, maintenance, security, and concierge services industry, held its “A Player” Associate Recognition Event on Friday, June 22, 2012. The event took place in the O.R.A.C.L.E. training center at the Planned Companies headquarters in Parsippany, NJ and provided a memorable experience for the staff.
The Associate Recognition Event was created to recognize and reward all of the company’s “A Players” which have been hand-selected by their Operations Managers for their dedication and work ethic. The gathering featured various raffles, recognition gifts, and a catered company lunch – to tell the associates “Thank You for All You Do”. Planned’s President & CEO, Robert Francis, delivered a heart-felt, motivational speech to “A Players” and then distributed “A Player” service pins to the field associates to proudly display on their uniform lapels.
