Earlier this month, the Planned Culture Committee put together our Employee Appreciation Day event at our main headquarters in Parsippany. Our entire team of associates were invited for a day of food, games and fun. The day included a bagel breakfast in the morning, a food truck (the Guac Spot) that provided lunch and an ice cream truck that provided all sorts of fun dessert. We also raffled away prizes throughout the day to random associates who attended the event.
The Dunk Tank
During the highlighted part of the day, we had a dunk tank set up in which a few of our team members (including Rob Francis, our CEO, Dino Iuliano, our CRO and Danny Reilly, Director of Business Development for NJ/PA, and more!) volunteered to sit and get dunked in water for 30 minutes each. We collected 1.00 dollar per baseball thrown from any associates. Overall, we collected over $260.00 to put toward our Employee Relief Fund!
