Planned Building Services' programs incorporate comprehensive and cost-effective building maintenance services, including porters/matrons, handymen, superintendents, engineers and 24-hour emergency service crews; a floor maintenance program providing trained personnel functioning independently of the regular staff; and other specialized services. We customize a building service program for each site to address specific needs and concerns of our clientele.
We will consistently perform at a high standard, then raise and redefine that standard through continuous improvements in our operations and service delivery. Self-improvement, new ideas and creativity are encouraged. Our staff is supervised by a Regional Manager and an Operations Manager who has scheduled and non scheduled visits to your property. Our managers are readily and easily available to assist in any way.
Our janitorial and maintenance programs include trash removal, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, lobby maintenance, high and low dusting, furniture cleaning, and more.
We customize a building service program for each site to address the specific needs and concerns of that client. Planned has a number of LEED accredited professionals on our team & we implement and consult on green practices and LEED certification projects.
